Q: Do you deliver?

A: Absolutely! We offer delivery, set-up and pack down services for your convenience. There is no minimum or maximum distance applicable, although there is a cost to this service which is location dependant

Q: Is there a minimum spend on hires?

A: No minimum spend on hires, get as much or as little as you like!

Q: Is there a Security Bond required on hires?

A: Yes, a $100 Security Deposit is required for all hires, which is refunded when all items are returned on acceptable condition with no damage during the hire period. Audio Oasis reserves the right to hold Security Deposits if required while testing equipment to ensure everything is in working order.
Your Security Deposit is refunded back to you in the same way you pay.

Q: Is there a warranty on purchased products?

A: 100% – Minimum 12 months warranty on all items purchased (besides consumables such as liquids)

Q: What times do you operate?

A: We are available anytime between 9am and 6pm. We are available to pack down and collect any hires after 6pm, please note there is an additional charge for any after hours collections required.
