Audio Oasis will only accept payments made via EFT (bank transfer), EFTPOS or Cash.
All Security Deposits for hires must be paid electronically (Cash will not be accepted), with the Security Deposit being returned in the same way.
Security Deposits will be returned within three business days after all hire equipment is returned in a satisfactory condition in accordance with these T&C’s.
A Security Deposit of $100 is required on the day of equipment hire.
Bookings will require a 20% deposit to confirm any required dates and services. Until a deposit is made, the booking has not been confirmed.
All DJ Services will require full payment at least 7 days prior to the event date. Audio Oasis reserve the right to withhold any services if full payment has not been made or an agreement between the client and Audio Oasis has been confirmed in writing before the event date.
All hire bookings will require full payment at least 2 days prior to booking date. Audio Oasis reserves the right to withhold any services or equipment hire if full payment has not been made or an agreement between the client and Audio Oasis has been confirmed in writing before the event date.
DJ Services:
Audio Oasis will ensure all agreed conditions are met with the customer for their event, but will not be held liable for any circumstances that are out of our control. We will do our best to accommodate any requests before, during and after an event to ensure customer satisfaction within reasonable limitations.
All deposits made are non-refundable, with all DJ bookings requiring full payment within 7 days of booked event. If bookings are cancelled for any reason that is out of Audio Oasis control within 7 days of the event booking, the full invoice is due as per the agreed contract.
Audio Oasis can offer a re-booking option where the original deposit or any amount paid towards a booking can be used as credit towards a new date or service that suits both Audio Oasis and the person who holds the booking.
Credit transfers to another person are permitted with the written consent of Audio Oasis staff. Please note if there are different conditions to the new booking there may be other costs that have not been quoted on, and will therefore need to be disclosed by the new client and quoted accordingly.
All quotes are based upon the information given by the person making the booking, with all services based upon this information given. Audio Oasis will not be held liable or refund any services booked if a venue or client does not allow any particular service that has been booked (eg. Customer has booked a Haze Machine or Sparkler Machines but the venue will not allow it on the night, Audio Oasis will not be held liable for this service not being allowed by something out of our control).
Any performer booked through Audio Oasis for an event reserve the right to refuse a request that may make them feel uncomfortable or distressed, place them in a physically or otherwise compromising situation without prior agreement by all parties involved in the booking.
Returns & Refunds:
Unless otherwise stated, Audio Oasis will not refund any bookings made for Equipment Hires or DJ Services. Audio Oasis may offer a credit note, discount or partial / full refund at their discretion.
Abusive or violent behavior towards Audio Oasis will not be tolerated at any time.
Audio Oasis reserves the right to amend any T&C’s or costs of goods or services without notice in Compliance with Australian Consumer Laws.
All items hired to a customer remain property of Audio Oasis at all times, if required can be collected early from a hire or have a service declined if Audio Oasis has a reasonable cause such as any equipment or service being used in any but not limited to, illegal or destructive activities, known intention to damage hired goods or staff members.
Agreement of Terms and Conditions
By making a purchase, confirming a quote or making a booking, the individual or represented party is agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If there are any concerns or issues, these can be raised to Audio Oasis staff and the result will be confirmed in writing.
